Responsibilities

Supports the Office of Admissions in recruiting and admitting a diverse student body to Fayetteville State University
Ensures the smooth flow of the application process, updating and managing applicant files through systems like NOLIJ and SCT Banner and ensuring all materials are accurately processed for counselor review
Helps maintain high standards of customer service and accurate communication with prospective students and stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions
Experience with CRM systems and complex data entry
Strong time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently on detailed projects

Preferred

Admissions experience
Proficient in excel and database management
Experience with NOLIJ and SCT Banner
