We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as the Lead Administrative & Insurance Billing Specialist, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate insurance billing for therapy services.

Responsibilities
Oversee front office operations, including scheduling, client intake, and maintaining accurate records
Manage insurance verification, authorizations, and billing for therapy services
Submit and track insurance claims; resolve denials and discrepancies promptly
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from clients and staff
Implement and maintain efficient administrative processes to support clinical staff
Train and supervise administrative support staff as the center grows
Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical or therapy office administration
Strong knowledge of insurance billing and claims processing
Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Experience in pediatric therapy or behavioral health settings
Familiarity with Medicaid and commercial insurance plans
