Responsibilities

Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle XStore POS solutions

Perform hands-on coding, configuration, and integration tasks

Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards

Manage technical deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle XStore POS

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery

Mentor and guide developers, conduct technical workshops and training sessions

Stay updated with emerging technologies and Oracle XStore enhancements

Required

Candidate must be in Nashville US location / need to travel to client location in Nashville 3 days a week

Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree

6-8+ years of experience in retail technology, with a focus on Oracle XStore POS

Proven experience in technical leadership and delivery in Oracle XStore POS

Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and integration with retail applications

Strong understanding of retail business processes and POS systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Participate in functional testing and co-ordinate with cross functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed

Onsite-Offshore coordination and work management
