Responsibilities

Prepare physical documents for scanning, including sorting, removing staples, repairing pages, and organizing files
Scan documents using high-volume scanners in accordance with established procedures
Index scanned documents accurately by applying correct metadata, file names, and classification codes
Perform data entry and quality control checks to ensure document accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized electronic filing systems and ensure documents are stored correctly
Handle confidential and sensitive information in compliance with company policies and privacy regulations
Track document batches, scanning progress, and completion status
Identify and report scanning errors, missing documents, or data discrepancies
Retrieve and refile documents as needed
Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a deadline-driven environment
