The Mixer is responsible for preparing and mixing epoxy materials according to established specifications and process instructions, ensuring product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities
Identify, prepare, and transfer correct quantities of raw epoxy materials to designated locations
Operate processing and mixing equipment in accordance with approved process instructions and procedures
Monitor equipment and processes to maintain required run rates and ensure consistent product quality
Perform initial testing and product release to confirm materials meet required specifications
Create, verify, and apply correct labels for packaging materials in compliance with established labeling rules and instructions
Accurately calculate mix ratios to meet product specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Follow all safety policies and procedures in an OSHA-regulated manufacturing environment
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management
Work collaboratively as part of a team to support production goals
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Basic math skills required to accurately calculate mixes and measurements
Preferred
Three (3) years of experience in epoxy mixing and/or manufacturing operations
General knowledge of P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) drawings
