Senior LevelQualis1 Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP Callidus Technical Lead to join their team. The role involves supporting, enhancing, and scaling enterprise compensation and incentive management systems while acting as a subject matter expert responsible for configuration, development, and operational stability.
Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize SAP Callidus compensation plans and rules
Act as an SME, mentoring team members and driving technical best practices
Manage end-to-end Agent Lifecycle Management, including version control and hierarchy management
Build and support data integrations between SAP Callidus and downstream systems
Develop and maintain UNIX automation scripts to streamline operations
Design, develop, and support Crystal Reports for operational and analytical reporting
Build and maintain Oracle PL/SQL ETL processes for large-scale data integration
Integrate SAP organizational data into workflows and align systems with evolving business needs
Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in SAP Callidus Configuration & Development
Hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL for ETL and data integration
Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting
Experience with Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM)
Exposure to SAP HANA
Experience integrating APIs and landing pad databases
Solid understanding of enterprise application support and SDLC
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
Proven experience in making key technical decisions
A proactive mindset focused on system reliability and continuous improvement
