Responsibilities
Participate in usability studies, feature design/define to explain/interpret the voice of the customer to the team
Support PM with business case development, including both cost and value
Support PM with defining features, documenting customer journeys through detailed process flows, and solution descriptions
Maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features for the team
Obtain high-level work estimation (t-shirt size) for features from Agile team
Prioritize the feature backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities
Provide input into timelines/dates and investigate alternate paths forward on potential timing options
Drive tradeoff evaluations for feature implementation
Define Program Increment objectives
Ensure consistency of configuration and partner with leads and stakeholders to ensure design and development consistency across all work with the team
Facilitate software selection process to deliver the 'what’
Serve as 1st escalation point for all Delivery POs in the team. (Questions related to feature refinement, solution options, and/or in sprint tradeoffs.)
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in a Product Management position
3+ years of experience using Agile methodologies, related to Product Owner role
Able to influence, interact, and lead globally
Able to lead without direct reporting authority
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Proactive communication with various stakeholders in the organization
Able to develop actionable data driven insights and deliver outcomes to global stakeholders
Detail oriented, with effective verbal and written communication skills
Able to leverage creativity to overcome obstacles and work with urgency
Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced growing environment
Able to organize and juggle multiple priorities
Role model, cross functional collaboration, and agility
Strong communication skills - written and oral
Strong communication skills with audiences having different levels of technical background
Preferred
Experience with diabetes management and/or insulin pump development is a plus
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience in software products is a plus
Knowledge of IT systems development strongly preferred
Familiar with Software Development technologies
Experience in Medical Device development and/or other highly regulated products
