Oversee the maintenance of CDI Standards and Best Practices
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering is required
Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of experience and advanced engineering education
Strong training and experience in modern manufacturing techniques, including Lean, 5S, Constraint Theory Management, and Six Sigma, are essential
Preferred
A Master's degree is highly desirable
