Senior Creator Executive

The Senior Creator Executive will manage influencer campaigns, oversee logistics, and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery and campaign success.
Responsibilities
Lead the discovery and outreach of micro to mid-tier influencers, ensuring alignment with client goals and campaign objectives
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring influencers understand campaign requirements and brand guidelines
Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the campaign lifecycle
Manage the review and approval process for influencer content, ensuring it meets client standards and compliance regulations (e.g., ASA guidelines)
Oversee logistics for product send-outs, ensuring smooth coordination of campaign materials
Monitor dashboards for data accuracy and performance, ensuring campaigns stay on track to meet targets
Oversee mid-tier influencer negotiations, ensuring cost-efficiency while securing high-quality content and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, data, client teams) to optimise campaign performance and troubleshoot any issues
Provide ongoing feedback and support to junior team members, conducting regular checks on their work (e.g., creator sign-ups, content approvals)
Act as a mentor for junior team members and interns, providing guidance on best practices, industry knowledge, and campaign management
Conduct weekly spot checks to ensure team accuracy and performance
Qualification
Required
2+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in project management and influencer marketing, ideally within an agency
IFM Experience (or Similar): Experience managing influencer campaigns with a strong understanding of the creator economy
Track Record of Creator Management: Demonstrated success in managing micro-level influencers and building strong relationships
Project Management & Oversight: Experience overseeing the delivery and output of campaign tasks, ensuring timely and efficient execution
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines with efficiency
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills with both influencers and internal teams
Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Ability to anticipate potential challenges and implement creative solutions
Strong IFM & Social Media Knowledge: Expertise in influencer marketing, platforms, trends, and ASA guidelines
Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to handle changing client demands
Managerial Skills: Capable of overseeing junior team members and mentoring them towards success
Understanding of Micro-Mid Influencer Landscape: Strong knowledge of influencer tiers and best practices for managing creators at different levels
Preferred
Client-Specific Experience: Experience working with beauty brands such as L'Oreal or similar
Paid Influencer & Gifting Campaigns: Knowledge and experience in managing both paid and gifting-based influencer campaigns
Agency Background: Experience in a fast-paced agency environment is a plus
