Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, time-off, and wellness plans

Manage benefits strategy, vendor relationships, negotiations, benchmarking, and cost analysis

Oversee open enrollment, plan renewals, and employee benefits communications

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations

Monitor audits, reporting, billing reconciliation, and cost control measures

Develop clear, effective benefits communication to enhance employee understanding and engagement

Lead, coach, and develop the benefits team while fostering a positive work environment

Partner with senior leadership on HR strategy and organizational initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Strong experience in employee benefits administration, including health and retirement plans

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and complex programs

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Experience working with HR systems and benefits platforms

Preferred

Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM, CEBS, CCP)

Nice to have experience in Mortgage / Banking domain
