Responsibilities
Manage and optimize proposals using Proposify, ensuring accuracy, speed, and brand consistency
Create and maintain sales visuals, PowerPoint presentations, and proposal graphics
Perform routine website content updates and manage approved sales assets
Support short-form video and social media content for sales and events
Coordinate events and tradeshows, including timelines, materials, and on-site support
Pack and prepare event materials and giveaways; lift and move items up to 40 lbs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight timelines
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in sales support, marketing support, or sales enablement
Hands-on experience with Proposify or similar proposal software
Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for design and efficiency
Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma, etc.)
Experience with basic website CMS updates (WordPress or similar)
Excellent time management and ability to work under deadlines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
