Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated schedules for large-scale fulfilment projects
Coordinate vendor timelines and manage complex dependencies
Track progress, highlight risks, and deliver mitigation plans
Partner with engineering and construction teams to ensure delivery
Lead schedule reviews and stakeholder alignment
Report progress and resource needs to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering, Operations, or related field
Proven project planning/scheduling in complex, multi-site environments
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent
Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Fluent in English; advanced MS Office proficiency
Preferred
PMP, Prince2, or similar certification
Experience launching logistics/industrial facilities
Knowledge of material handling systems, AutoCAD exposure
