Responsibilities
Help lead region in achieving growth targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Foster a culture of sales excellence and customer satisfaction
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or merger opportunities that complement the company's growth strategy
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company
Maintain current client relationships and identifying areas for potential clients in prospective region
Collaborate with Operations and Support Teams to ensure requirements are met in various stages of the new business process. Market research, Underwriting, RFP and Pitch Process
Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Partner with EVP and President of Client Services to work towards set regional growth goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. Experience may substitute for education
10 years of proven Sales and/or Operational Experience, including a minimum of five years in a leadership role
Knowledge of regional market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth drivers relevant to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Knowledge of financial modeling, underwriting concepts, and key financial metrics used to assess business opportunities and investment decisions
Skilled communication and presentation, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
Skilled in analyzing revenue projections, pricing models, and return on investment to support informed growth decisions
Ability to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
Ability to use organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Ability to work proactively and remain organized while effectively managing responsibilities in fast-paced, stressful, and uncertain environments
Ability to demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment and make data-driven decisions
Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex negotiations while maintaining positive long-term relationships
Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires, and possession of a valid driver's license
