Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in handling complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting and demonstrated litigation experience in the federal and state courts in New York, including the Commercial Division in New York County

Candidates must have a strong academic background with superior and sophisticated writing skills

Excellent research, outstanding communication abilities, and strong work ethic are essential

Additionally, the candidate must have a proven track record of taking ownership of, and handling and managing, commercial litigation cases independently and in teams

Clerkship experience is a plus

Must be admitted to practice in New York
