Responsibilities

Interact directly with clients and manage matters after intake, through drafting and implementation, with minimal supervision
Learn the fundamentals of estate planning and elder law as practiced by the firm
Become proficient in proprietary drafting systems, including HotDocs and internal templates
Follow firm workflows for client communication, document execution, and trust funding
