Responsibilities
Provide financial coordination of all existing invoices
Match vendor invoices to delivery reports and statements
Reconcile all invoices to ensure their accuracy
Manage all purchase orders related to inventory replenishment
Maintain finance, burn rates and accrual logs
Escalate any invoicing issues to leadership team
Produce compliance reports as needed
Validate the accuracy of financial reports provided internally and externally
Communicate with vendors as requested and needed
Assist with month-end reporting
Assist with quarterly and annual reports
Qualification
Required
1-2 years in an accounting or finance role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly Excel
Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
