Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
Support HR administrative tasks and employee documentation
Perform financial data entry and maintain accurate records
Assist with basic accounting and reporting tasks as needed
Help respond to customer inquiries and provide support
Assist in maintaining positive customer relationships
Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional activities
Support content creation and coordination of marketing efforts
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Preferred
Passion for the boating or manufacturing industry is a plus!
