Responsibilities
Provide inside technical support to customers across all product lines
Travel to customer sites for pre- and post-sales support, including project engineering meetings, live product demonstrations, system startups, and service calls
Size, design, and quote motion control and industrial networking systems in collaboration with sales teams
Perform in-house and on-site PLC and motion control programming for customer projects
Utilize and support programming languages such as Python, Java, HTML5, Node-RED, C++, CoDeSys, and IEC 61131-3 (experience is a plus)
Attend vendor-sponsored training programs to build expertise in automation, machine control, process control, networking, and IoT solutions
Participate in scheduled internal meetings to review customer challenges, opportunities, and new product updates
Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong curiosity for how systems work and a desire to develop electro-mechanical expertise
Hands-on experience with electrical engineering concepts and industrial implementations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline preferred
