Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and development of full-stack solutions using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend
Provide hands-on coding (approx. 50–70%) while guiding junior and mid-level engineers
Review technical designs, code, APIs, and ensure high-quality engineering standards
Drive adoption of best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality, and cloud-native development
Act as the primary onshore technical point of contact for product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams
Coordinate work with offshore development teams, ensuring clear requirements, task breakdowns, and timely delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, story refinement, and estimation
Contribute to system architecture, microservices design, integration patterns, and performance optimization
Recommend improvements to application performance, scalability, and reliability
Ensure compliance with security standards, coding guidelines, and architectural governance
Work closely with product owners to translate requirements into technical solutions
Align with DevOps, Cloud, and QA teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
Communicate risks, dependencies, and delivery status proactively
Qualification
Required
8–12+ years of experience
Strong technical expertise across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React

Experience with JPA/Hibernate
SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle)
