Drive Pipeline Growth: Identify and qualify high-potential leads within the justice and public sector space — targeting court systems and supervision agencies
Strategic Outreach: Collaborate closely with Account Executives to personalize outreach, set high-value meetings, and influence key decision-makers
Persona-Based Research: Build smart prospect lists and campaigns grounded in role-specific pain points and insights
Own the First Impression: Use consultative communication (email, phone, social) to connect with stakeholders and spark interest in our product
CRM Excellence: Track all interactions and lead journeys in HubSpot, ensuring seamless handoffs and data-driven follow-ups
Contribute & Grow: Stay sharp on justice trends, sharpen your sales skills, and bring energy to a team that values curiosity and hustle
Qualification
Required
Proven success hitting (and crushing) KPIs in a sales or lead gen role
Strong communication chops: articulate, engaging, and professional
Driven and self-managing — you own your goals and your calendar
A heart for justice reform and a brain for tech-forward solutions
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or GovTech is a plus — but mindset matters most
