Proven experience (5+ years) in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, or related roles
Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration and networking concepts
Expertise in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
Deep understanding of monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, New Relic)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern software architecture
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
