Sales Development Representative
PickTrace is a software start-up that provides workforce and harvest management solutions for large-scale farms. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their Go-To-Market team, where the primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers and drive interest in their product offerings.

Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through online research and industry event attendance
Partner with Account Executives to personalize outbound messaging to prospects
Develop & deliver multi-channel outbound messaging to potential customers with the goal of establishing enough interest in PickTrace to review a product demonstration
Attend industry events to evangelize the PickTrace product portfolio, and expand your knowledge of the problem space
Become a product expert on the PickTrace offerings, and the associated value propositions of each
Document and share learnings and feedback from prospects across the Go-To-Market team
Qualification
Required
Individual that is interested in pursuing a career in sales
Previous experience in outbound demand generation
Comfort in engaging individuals over the phone
Passion for problem solving
An exceptional communicator who can build excitement through story-telling
A dynamic team-player who can work effectively within a small, nimble, and collaborative team
Comfortable with change, and initiating change
Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
Preferred
Spanish fluency a plus
