Responsibilities
Workstation Setups: Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations for clients, ensuring they meet company standards and client-specific needs
Break/Fix Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for our break/fix clients on time
Monthly Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including system updates, security checks, and network health assessments
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tasks, configurations, and troubleshooting steps in the company’s documentation platform
Client Support: Provide excellent customer service, both on-site and remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, account technicians, and the broader team to deliver seamless service to our clients
Learning & Growth: Actively engage in training opportunities to expand your knowledge in networking, systems administration, and cloud administration
Qualification
Required
Eager to learn and grow in networking, systems administration, and cloud technologies
Ability to configure, deploy, and troubleshoot workstations for clients
Experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Capability to perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including system updates, security checks, and network health assessments
Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of tasks, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Excellent customer service skills, both on-site and remotely
Ability to collaborate with account managers, account technicians, and the broader team
