Responsibilities

Lead global infrastructure operations including network engineering & security, virtualization, compute, storage, unified communications, and automation

Define and execute multi-year infrastructure modernization and resiliency strategies

Serve as senior incident commander for major infrastructure events

Manage a multi-million-dollar annual budget and oversee strategic vendors, contracts, and SLAs

Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and operational best practices

Drive automation, infrastructure-as-code, and self-service capabilities

Partner with cybersecurity teams to strengthen risk posture, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance

Provide executive-level reporting on reliability, risk reduction, and operational performance
