In this role, you’ll provide technical service and support to valued customers across the country, developing expertise in a critical industry while working alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities
Provide timely and quality repairs of customers' equipment
Maintain high-quality customer service and care
Promote and sell additional products and services
Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals
Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
Look for ways to improve business performance and enhance customer experience
Communicate the benefits of the Value-Added Services Process to the customer
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Mechanically inclined and like to work with your hands
Great organizational skills/Active listening and communication skills
Ability to use a computer for parts inquiries and ordering
Working mechanical knowledge, including the use of tools and test equipment
Ability to accurately repair customer equipment ensuring quality workmanship
Flexibility to work variable and flexible hours
Preferred
2+ years' service-related experience
