Responsibilities
Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
Develop case strategies and communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Georgia
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Exceptional oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
Commitment to excellence, integrity, and client-focused representation
Preferred
2-7 years of litigation experience preferred (medical malpractice or complex tort experience a plus)
