Website development and social media support

Development of presentation materials

Design and formatting responsibilities

Writing/content creation and maintenance

Press list development, media monitoring and circulation

Administrative support

Working on special and organizational projects

Required

Enrolled in a four-year degree program at an accredited university or college

Strong verbal and written skills

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Ability to generate writing deliverables for internal and external audiences, often on short notice

High level of intellectual curiosity, and a growth mindset

Savvy technological skills (AI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Self-starter, motivated individual willing to go the extra mile to get the job done

Solid team player with ability to work with a multi-disciplinary team

Analytical with strong problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback

Client-service orientation

Professional demeanor when interfacing with firm lawyers and professional staff

Preferred
