Oversee the loan process, including application review and document verification
Provide weekly operation updates and ensure compliance with all regulations
Maintain communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processing, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance
Proficiency in loan documentation, underwriting guidelines, and mortgage software systems
Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with the ability to meet strict deadlines
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in mortgage loan processing or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan processing experience
