Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day performance of assigned properties in collaboration with property management teams

Develop and execute asset-level business plans aligned with ownership goals

Monitor operating budgets, financial statements, and cash flow

Review and approve annual budget, forecast, and variance reports

Drive leasing strategy, rent optimization, and occupancy goals

Evaluate and oversee capital improvement projects and major repairs

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, lender covenants, and internal policies

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across all assets and properties

Ingrain and lead customer service practices to improve tenant experience
