Required

7+ years of experience working on complex projects, including 2+ years in a leadership role as a Salesforce Automation Engineer

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience across multiple Salesforce products, such as Service Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM, and Case Management

3+ years of experience configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions using: Declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules), Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed to automate business and case management processes

Preferred

6+ months of experience integrating Salesforce with external business applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or other integration tools

1+ year of experience with Salesforce data modeling and security models

6+ months of experience configuring Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

6+ months of experience implementing public sector case management solutions

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification
