Responsibilities
Manual entry and tracking of purchase orders using excel and accounting system
Manual entry and tracking of product transfers using excel, inventory and accounting systems
Creating purchase orders and receiving against purchase orders in accounting system
Create and run reports from excel and other systems
Work closely with the operations team
Serve as backup to other team members and roles as needed
Work within the company’s quality system and processes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a medical device or other regulated industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent project and vendor management skills
Proficiency in using office software such as spreadsheets, word processing tools, and basic database management
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues quickly and effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a positive attitude
Preferred
Associates degree in a technical discipline preferred
Prior experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support is preferred but not required
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21CFR Part 820 Preferred
