Required

Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills

Proven ability to define and track project success criteria and business value

Adept at tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms

Preferred

Experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery models

Background in change management and user adoption strategies

Familiarity with enterprise taxonomy and metadata design
