Responsibilities

Develops and implements innovative learning strategies, methodologies, and curricula based on needs analysis of business priorities and forecasted needs
Develops an overarching strategy, program, and project plan to rapidly accelerate learning and development
Design and develop a performance management system that aligns with current best industry practices
Engages with external training vendors, educational institutions, and industry partners to leverage resources and expertise in learning and development
Establishes metrics and feedback methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programs on individual and business performance
Trends learning data to identify areas for improvement in learning initiatives and programming

Required

Demonstrated expertise in needs analysis, instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles
Proficiency in learning management systems like SuccessFactors & Percipio
Possesses exceptional leadership and communication skills – demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and be influential with all levels of the organization
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in the development of learning and development products
Demonstrated experience in development and delivery of high-quality learning & development programs
Recognized experience in designing and delivering training programs using a variety of modalities and technologies
Demonstrated ability to interpret business strategy and translate it into a talent management strategy

Preferred

Prior experience implementing and administering behavioral assessments (i.e., DISC, MBIT, Predictive Index, Hogan Challenge, etc.)
Minimum 3 years of experience in the nuclear or related industry
