Responsibilities
Oversee the finance functions of the Multi-Family Office, including budgeting, expense management, and maintaining responsibility for all financial reporting requirements
Oversee financial planning and reporting
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and budgeting
In collaboration with the President of the Multi-Family Office, develop budgets and annual strategic plans for the business and responsible for setting broad direction, policies, and guidelines
Assist senior management team by developing pro-forma budgets and financial models
Work closely with the Company’s legal and compliance teams to stay abreast of, and resolve, key compliance issues, as well as complete filing requirements on a timely basis
Improve and monitor internal processes, review operation reports by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and consistently introducing process improvement measures
Ensure that Multi-Family Office financial priorities are aligned with the overall firm’s strategy
Qualification
Required
BS/BA Degree required
Bilingual Spanish is a must
7-15+ years finance experience in a fast-paced, dynamic leading organization, financial services preferred
Outstanding financial and analytical skills, an understanding of risk and compliance issues, and the ability to apply these skills and understanding in a high-performing environment
Good understanding of Ultra-High-Net-Worth client segments and needs
Experience collaborating with a solid network of strategic partnerships
A team orientation that drives high performance within the Multi-Family Office, as well as the development of strong relationships with others outside the group
A strong work ethic, strong interpersonal communications, presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An entrepreneurial orientation. The individual needs to have the capacity to be successful in a relatively lean organization without the support and resources typical of a larger, diversified corporation
Analytical and strategic thinker, passionate about identifying opportunities and driving change
Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and assist on decision making
Excellent Microsoft skills with ability to design and maintain complex financial models and to drive high quality financial presentations
Ability to build key relationships with finance and other professionals across the organization
Intellectually curious, high energy, driven, ambitious, commercial; Wants to win, Adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity
Outstanding communication (written and verbal); exceptional interpersonal abilities, team player, works well across divisions
Superior understanding of data analysis and performance/financial metrics

Exceptional ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency and prioritize competing deadlines
Extremely reliable character with a demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA is preferred
