Responsibilities

Source and acquire new clients to build business
Use TRPG generated leads, referral leads, and outbound calling leads to educate and convert into clients through the Wealth Accelerator Process
Follow up with prospective clients, maximize relationships, create referrals and referral partnership
Work with prospective clients and current clients to understand their goals, concerns and current financial information. Analyze information to create a long-range financial plan
Develop and maintain a base of clients who value your input and guidance
Work with clients to keep their financial plans current and aligned with their goals
Maximize relationships, create referrals and keep SalesForce updated
Research industry guidelines. Stay up to date with current events and market trends
Comply with current policies and procedures for financial, investment, tax and insurance industry

Qualification

Financial Services experiencePlanning-based Advisor experienceFINRA Series 65 LicenseCFP designationMS Office Suite proficiencyCRM proficiencyClient relationship managementBusiness developmentProactivityAdaptability

Required

At least 5 years of Financial Services industry experience
At least 3 years of experience as a planning-based Advisor
FINRA Series 65 License or 7 and 66
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRMs

Preferred

CFP designation is preferred
