Provide legal counsel regarding case value and strategy

Negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure top value for client cases

Build your clientele through referral systems and take the lead on your caseload

Organize and track cases efficiently

Communicate seamlessly within our structured systems

Dedicate time to connect with potential clients, referral sources, and community partners

Leverage your soft sales skills to identify leads and expand our client base

Take an active role in developing a client base. With the marketing team, make the firm’s services known to potential clients

Develop relationships with local medical care providers and offer consultations with interested patients

Evaluate client cases, pinpoint potential leads, and ensure compatibility with our areas of expertise

Manage a large and active caseload

Forge impactful relationships with partners, team members, and potential clients. Represent our firm in all interactions, fostering trust through every conversation

Participate in firm meetings and events alongside team coordinators and other staff

Contribute to smooth operations and teamwork

Maintain careful tracking to ensure compliance with statutes
