Professional Research Assistant
The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking a Project Leader (Professional Research Assistant) for the RADD Laboratory in the Department of Psychology. The role focuses on supporting studies that investigate neurocognitive markers predicting resilience and mood problems in adolescents and young adults, emphasizing research recruitment and database management.

Responsibilities
Recruiting and scheduling participants for clinical and neuroimaging research sessions (e.g., healthy individuals, individuals with depression or other mood disorders)
Data collection (computer-based, mobile app, MRI)
Database management (using web applications such as RedCap; or statistical programs such as R)
Support for general management of lab operations
Qualification
Required
A BA/BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Research experience in the mental health space
Demonstrated ability to perform as an independent researcher (e.g., undergraduate thesis)
Some experience with R, unix, python, matlab or another programming language
Preferred
strong oral and written communication skills
excellent organizational skills
highly reliable
enjoy working in a collaborative team atmosphere
demonstrated ability to multi-task efficiently
coordinate activities across different research labs and investigators
