Required

Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Business Education, or related field

Commitment to the community college mission and student success

Preferred

Community college teaching experience
Professional experience in finance, banking, data analytics, or related industry
Knowledge of fintech, financial modeling software, or data visualization tool
CFA, CPA, or related professional credential
Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and cultural engagement in teaching
