NGG Ground Program Manager

Responsibilities
Direct all aspects of the ground team for the continued development and sustainment of the Next Generation GEO Ground system
Managing the schedule, cost, and technical baselines as well as risk and opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing a project, program performance, and business strategies
Demonstrated influencing and relationship building skills at senior levels to effectively engage with executive leadership across the Corporation and balance interests of multiple stakeholders
Demonstrated strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Advanced user with Microsoft Office products
Proven ability to prioritize and produce superior results under deadline pressure
Self-starter, who works independently with the ability to proactively identify required actions and take the initiative to complete
Ability to travel
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to support business needs
Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Preferred
Background in engineering, specifically related to satellite command and control ground stations
Strong business and social acumen skills
PMP certification
Leadership Development Program graduate
Active Secret Clearance or higher
