Outside Sales Territory Manager - Greater Chicago Region
Würth Baer Supply Company is one of the nation's leading specialty wholesale distributors to the woodworking industry. They are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Territory Manager to manage and grow their customer base in the Greater Chicago region.

Responsibilities
You will inherit between 100-200 active accounts worth millions, so you won't have to start from scratch by any means
The goal is to grow business in the territory and gradually add new customers
These will be your customers and yours alone
No internal competition
All reps stay in their own territories
You will work independently and decide how to best grow your market
You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers
Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall
Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers
Qualification
Required
Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong follow-up skills
Highly organized
Multitasking
Ability, skills and knowledge to effectively work from home
Professional
Polished
A strong desire to succeed and grow financially
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred
