Review and manage Social Security Disability (SSD/SSDI) cases, identifying required actions, deadlines, and next steps
Provide ongoing guidance and oversight to attorneys and paralegals handling disability matters
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and providing regular case updates
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of case activity in the firm’s case management system
Monitor case progress and report status updates to leadership
Maintain high standards of client service, efficiency, and compliance across all assigned cases
Qualification
Required
3+ years of direct experience handling SSD/SSDI matters
Prior experience supervising or mentoring legal staff
Demonstrated commitment to advocacy for individuals seeking disability benefits
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail
