Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to establish and maintain strong client relationships
Manage policy renewals, negotiate terms with underwriters, and address coverage gaps
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely policy processing
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account retention and growth
Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that meet business objectives and revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial lines insurance
Strong client relationship management skills
