Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to two SVPs, including, but not limited to, the following:
Answer phones, manage calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls, make travel arrangements, handle expense reports, and perform various other administrative tasks
Evaluate drafts of current projects and create reports for distribution
Write episodic summaries and create current season reports
Coordinate meetings, conference calls, events, or any other type of communication associated with FX Networks’ comedy and drama series
Coordinate and disseminate information and material pertaining to FX Networks’ current series and development slate to other FX departments, our productions and studio partners
Track submissions, manage delivery of incoming scripts and cuts, and track shooting schedules
Support the department and other executives as needed, this includes scheduling meetings, updating the department records, and researching various assignments

Required

1+ years previous administrative experience at a talent agency, studio, network, or production company
Must be a highly organized, task-oriented person, able to manage and disseminate a high volume of information and material punctually, properly and confidentially in a fast-paced, busy office environment
Must be able to evaluate material and think analytically in relation to projects
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Must be highly organized, demonstrate attention to detail, and able to multitask and handle a high-pressure and high-volume atmosphere
Must be resourceful, collaborative, and positive
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Proficiency with Airtable is a plus
