Oracle ERP SCM Cloud Consultant

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud to support a large-scale telecommunications transformation program. The consultant will play a critical role in solution analysis, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment readiness, ensuring seamless end-to-end supply chain operations aligned with telecom industry processes.

Responsibilities

Solution Analysis & Design
Analyze telecom supply chain business processes including: Network equipment procurement, Inventory & logistics for field operations, Spare parts management, Order fulfillment and distribution
Translate business requirements into Oracle SCM Cloud functional designs across modules such as: Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Supply Planning
Validate solution alignment with telecom-specific scenarios (network rollout, field services, vendor-managed inventory, asset lifecycle)
Lead and support SIT planning and execution for SCM Cloud processes
Validate end-to-end integrations between Oracle SCM Cloud and: Oracle ERP Financials, Telecom OSS/BSS systems, Logistics providers and external vendors, Middleware (OIC, APIs, B2B flows)
Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution
Ensure data integrity across integrations (items, inventory, suppliers, orders)
Drive UAT strategy, scenarios, and scripts aligned to telecom business use cases
Support business users during UAT execution, including: Issue triage and resolution, Functional clarifications, Retesting coordination
Ensure UAT sign-off readiness by validating functional completeness and usability
Support cutover planning and execution, including: Data validation and reconciliation, Inventory balances and open transactions, Supplier and item readiness
Participate in go-live readiness assessments and production deployment activities
Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, stabilizing SCM operations
Act as a trusted advisor to telecom business stakeholders
Collaborate closely with: System Integrators, Technical and Integration teams, Business process owners
Contribute to status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation planning
Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership when required

Required

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain consulting with at least 4–5 years in Oracle ERP SCM Cloud
Hands-on experience with at least two full Oracle SCM Cloud implementations
Strong experience supporting SIT, UAT, and production deployments
Solid understanding of ERP integration patterns, data flows, and testing methodologies
Prior experience in telecommunications or high-tech industries strongly preferred
Understanding of: Device supply chains, Field services logistics, Multi-warehouse and regional distribution models, Capital asset and spare parts management
Familiarity with OSS/BSS system touchpoints is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and IT teams
Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor programs
Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams

Preferred

Oracle SCM Cloud certifications (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management)
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models
Prior experience with telecom transformations or large enterprise ERP programs
