This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations of billing and payment processes, maintaining data integrity, and delivering exceptional service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for EBPP application management

Track, analyze, and resolve inquiries related to billing and payment processes

Identify issues and errors that may exist based on the reporting and inquiries received

Act as liaison with Alacriti, our EBPP vendor, to address technical issues, enhancements, and service requests

Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide insights to improve efficiency

Recommend and implement solutions to optimize EBPP functionality and user experience

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation of processes and changes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

3+ years in business analysis or application support roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and vendor management skills

Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Must have an Android or iOS device which is compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app

Preferred

Prior experience with electronic billing/payment systems

Familiarity with EBPP platforms (Alacriti experience is a plus)
