Account Manager
Progressive Dental LLC is seeking a results-driven Account Manager with a strong sales mindset to own and grow client relationships. The role focuses on analyzing marketing performance, driving long-term client retention, and converting inbound opportunities into new clients.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Build strong, long-term client relationships focused on retention and growth
Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy calls
Analyze campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations aligned with client goals
Partner with internal marketing teams to optimize execution
Identify and present upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Recommend expanded marketing initiatives based on performance data
Own revenue growth targets within assigned accounts
Work inbound sales opportunities and marketing-qualified leads
Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions
Convert inbound opportunities into new clients through consultative selling
Proactively identify risks and address concerns
Develop strategies to increase client lifetime value
Ensure clients clearly understand marketing performance and ROI
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven ability to upsell, retain, and grow accounts
Comfortable discussing budgets and business outcomes
Preferred
healthcare, dental, or marketing sales background
