Responsibilities
Provide high-impact support to 3–4 senior executives
Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications across multiple time zones
Proactively anticipate executive needs
Support key team initiatives, reporting, and events that help drive organizational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Director and/or VP-level leaders
Demonstrated project management experience, including tracking deliverables and driving follow-through
Experience managing complex calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office
Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and executive logistics
Experience supporting or planning events such as offsites, all-hands meetings, and team events
Strong written communication skills, including document writing and editing
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
Preferred
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Prior experience working closely with other Executive Assistants on shared initiatives or programs
