Responsibilities

Lead end to end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, and iterative delivery approaches
Serve as the central point of coordination across technology, security, and business groups
Oversee project governance and delivery artifacts including project charters, solution design documentation, technical documentation, deployment plans, and user acceptance approvals
Manage financial performance across projects, including forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to security, delivery, vendors, and dependencies
Collaborate with external vendors and internal partners to support statements of work, track vendor performance, and ensure delivery meets contractual and security expectations
Support compliance focused initiatives such as policy and standards management, risk assessments, issue tracking, and exception management

Required

At least three years of experience leading complex projects that span technology and business teams, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and outcomes
Demonstrated success managing large scale initiatives that combine internal and external resources, as well as labor and non labor cost components
Strong command of project management best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, and software development lifecycle methodologies, along with hands on experience using modern delivery tools
Proven leadership ability, including coaching and guiding team members, influencing without direct authority, and fostering collaboration across diverse groups
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and key partners
Experience with project cost management, financial forecasting, and resource capacity planning
Advanced business process analysis and process mapping capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Hands on experience applying change management practices to drive adoption and successful outcomes
Experience supporting the growth and development of team members through mentoring, training, and thoughtful assignment of work
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience demonstrating technical project leadership is also acceptable

Preferred

Project management certification such as PMP is strongly preferred
Agile certifications, including Professional Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Product Owner, are considered a plus
IT service management certification, including ITIL version three or four, is beneficial
Exposure to the energy sector or highly regulated industries is helpful but not required
