Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of client vacancies from intake, contracting, and provider submissions through interviews, offers, scheduling, and ongoing performance management
Build and grow deep relationships with facility leadership while expanding into new units, locations, and service lines
Partner with senior recruiters to drive delivery, improve fill rates, and optimize Provider pipelines
Develop and execute client growth strategies including retainers, subscription models, and master service partnerships
Establish consistent client communication cadences while tracking performance through ROI analysis and reporting

Required

Deep working knowledge of locum tenens operations, including credentialing and privileging timelines, licensing requirements, and industry rate dynamics
Strong influence and communication skills to set accurate expectations with facilities and effectively guide recruiting teams
Proven experience building and maintaining provider schedules and resolving issues as plans evolve in fast-moving environments
Proven hands-on experience in locum tenens and a track record of owning and growing complex healthcare client relationships
Strong operational leadership with the ability to manage multiple live vacancies and shifting priorities
Commitment to continuously improving client delivery processes and sharing performance insights across recruiting leadership
Data-driven mindset with experience in margin analysis, compensation calculations, and performance metrics
Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment across clients, recruiters, and executive leadership
Candidates without prior locum tenens experience will not be considered
