Human Resources Operations Coordinator
BBSI is a growing multi-location business seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional for the role of Human Resources Operations Coordinator. This position involves managing essential HR functions and internal operations, ensuring compliance, employee support, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and status changes
Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinate benefits enrollment and assist employees with related inquiries
Support performance review processes and documentation
Handle sensitive matters such as leave requests, policy enforcement, and disciplinary actions professionally
Manage job postings and applicant tracking systems
Schedule interviews and assist with candidate communications
Prepare offer letters and facilitate new hire paperwork
Track and renew business licenses, certifications, and insurance policies
Assist with vendor management and contract documentation
Organize internal training sessions and maintain compliance records
Monitor office and facility needs, including leases and equipment coordination
Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in HR, operations, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to enforce policies and manage confidential information
Excellent communication skills across teams and leadership levels
Preferred
Familiarity with multi-state compliance is a plus
